MUSEUM OF PREHISTORY (in Sauveterre-la-Lémance)

THE CASTLE OF MILANDES (in Castelnaud-la-Chapelle)

This fifteenth century castle, bought in 1937 by Josephine Baker (until her ruin and expulsion from the castle in 1968) to live with her 12 adopted children, overlooks the Dordogne river, giving an unrestricted view over many miles of country side : this castle will delight the whole family with many exhibitions and activities as falconry displays, festivities and candles illuminations on summer.
